1. 30-Day Easy Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely obsessed with your Fordigan jewelry. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items returned for a standard refund or size/style exchange must be in their original packaging.
- To initiate a return or exchange, simply email our concierge team at support@fordigan.com with your Order Number (e.g.,
#FDG-1042) and we will provide return instructions within 24 hours.
2. Lifetime Color & Waterproof Warranty
Fordigan jewelry is crafted from medical-grade 316L Surgical Stainless Steel and vacuum-coated with 10x thicker 18k Real Gold PVD. It is engineered to be worn in the ocean, shower, pool, and gym every single day.
If your jewelry ever fades, discolors, or tarnishes — whether in 3 months or 5 years — simply send a photo to support@fordigan.com with your order number and we will send you a brand-new replacement piece free of charge.
3. Promotional Bundles ("Buy 2, Get 2 Free" & "Buy 2, Get 1 Free")
Orders placed under our Buy 2, Get 2 Free or Buy 2, Get 1 Free Mix & Match promotions are eligible for full returns or individual piece exchanges. If you wish to swap a free or paid piece for a different style or ring size, we will happily exchange it for you. Full bundle returns receive a 100% refund of the total amount paid.
4. Refund Processing Time (USD $)
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is processed immediately in US Dollars ($ USD) (or your original checkout currency) back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
